Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to every service you buy from EasyFormX (“EasyFormX”, “we”, “us”) and to your use of easyformx.com. By placing an order or using the website you agree to them. Please also read our Refund Policy, Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.
1. Who we are and what we do
EasyFormX is a private company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, authorized by the IRS as a Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA) to assist with ITIN applications. We also prepare US LLC formations, EIN applications, bank and payment-provider applications and US tax returns. We are not the IRS, a government agency, a bank, a payment provider or a law firm, and we do not give legal advice.
2. Our services
- ITIN application: we check your eligibility, prepare Form W-7, verify and certify your identity documents online as a CAA, submit the application and follow up with the IRS.
- US LLC formation: we file your Wyoming or Texas LLC, obtain its EIN, provide a registered agent and business address for the first 12 months, an operating agreement and, where required, the BOI report.
- Business banking: we prepare and support your application to Mercury, Relay or Stripe. The provider makes the decision.
- Tax filing: we prepare and file the returns you order (for example Form 1040-NR, Form 5472 with pro forma 1120, partnership and state returns) from the information and documents you give us.

3. Decisions we do not control
The IRS decides whether an ITIN is issued, state agencies decide whether a company is approved, and banks and payment providers decide whether to open an account. We prepare and submit complete, accurate applications and follow up on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee any approval, timeline or outcome. Official processing times (for example the IRS’s stated ITIN timeline) are outside our control.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate, complete and current information and documents, and tell us promptly if anything changes.
- Respond to our requests within a reasonable time; delays on your side extend the timeline.
- Confirm that you are the person named in the documents, or that you are authorized to act for that person or company.
- Pay any government, state, bank or third-party fees that are not included in our price (these are shown separately).
5. Prices and payment
Prices are one-time fees in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken through Stripe’s secure checkout before work begins. State filing fees and other outside costs are listed separately on the pricing page and in your order. If a price is marked as quoted, we confirm it with you before you pay.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. In short: you may cancel for a full refund before we start work; once documents have been verified, filings submitted or applications prepared, the completed part of the service is not refundable; government and third-party fees paid on your behalf are never refundable.
7. Communication and the client portal
After payment we create your account in our client portal (TaxDome) and email you an invitation. Documents, e-signatures, messages and progress updates are exchanged there; we may also contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp. Keep your portal login private and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Information only, not advice
Content on this website, in our guides and in our free eligibility check is general information. It is not legal, tax or financial advice for your situation and does not create an adviser-client relationship. 9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with a service is limited to the fee you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for decisions made by the IRS, state agencies, banks or payment providers, or for losses caused by inaccurate or late information from you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Intellectual property
The website, its text, design, checklists and tools belong to EasyFormX. You may use them for your own information; you may not copy, resell or republish them without written permission. Documents we prepare for you are yours once the service is paid for.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use our services to provide false information to any authority, to apply on behalf of a person without their authority, or for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or stop a service, with a refund of any unstarted work, if we have reasonable grounds to believe these terms are being broken.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top shows the current version.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. We will always try to resolve a complaint directly first: email billing@easyformx.com and we will reply within 5 business days. Disputes that cannot be resolved this way will be handled by the courts of [JURISDICTION].
